Captain Dave Brown has been a full time professional inshore fishing guide for over 25 years. He operates in the Waters of Orange Beach AL and the adjoining Perdido Key FL bays and bayous. His specialty is catching speckled trout, redfish, pompano, flounder, and a variety of other coastal species.
After graduation from the University of South Alabama, he began his guide service on the Gulf Coast, with his wife and daughter. Dave has been fishing the area from Mobile Bay to Perdido Bay for over 35 years.
Captain Dave is a member of the Orange Beach Fishing Association (OBFA and a three-time recipient of the top boat award in the inshore division of the OBFA Charter Fishing Rodeo.
Captain Dave has been featured in multiple National and Regional Publications such as “Saltwater Sportsman”, “Alabama Game and Fish”, “The Huntsville Times”, “Gulf Coast Outdoors” and the “Birmingham News”. Dave was also a guest speaker for “Saltwater Sportsman” magazine seminar series and featured in numerous fishing programs throughout Alabama.
